EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

We understand that the disappointment one can have with a product which might not be satisfactory. To make your online shopping experience an unforgettable one, you may return it as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Item is returned within 2 weeks of item receipt.
  • Item is in its original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and without any labels on it and purchased directly from us.

In the event, if the item does not meet the above mentioned conditions, the exchange will be duly declined.

We highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.

You will also be provided with an order credit in the form of pixies of equivalent value (rounded up to the higher value) or an exchange if applicable.

 Do note that you will be required to bear the costs of return shipment.
